Huawei, the Chinese multinational Smartphone manufacturer officially announced the arrival of its upcoming flagship Huawei P10. The announcement indicates that Huawei P10 to hit the tech market at Mobile World Congress (MWC) on February 26, 2017. A new report popped up claiming that a device having a model name VTR-L29 already got certified by the Federal Communications Commission of the US.

According to The Android Soul, the Federal Communications Commission of the US who granted the certification for the device named VTR-L29 is believed to be Huawei P10. From the document, it can be also seen that Huawei Technologies got a certification for a phone that operates on 15 bands.

The electronic label letter clearly shows FCC ID as QISVTR-L29 for the United States and 6369A-VTR-L29 for Canada. This FCC certification approval and it is reported that the Huawei P10 will soon hit the tech markets of the United States and Canada soon.

The FCC report for the device named as VTR-L29 is found having an onboard 3,100mAh battery and the device is seen supporting dual SIM. Huawei P10 is expected to arrive in three variants – base model with 4GB of RAM and 32GB Storage, second model with 4GB of RAM and 64GB storage and a high-end model with 6GB of RAM paired with 128GB internal memory.

The Huawei P10 is expected to be equipped with a 5.5-inch Quad HD flat display, Kirin 960 SoC, dual 12MP rear camera and 8MP selfie snapper, front fingerprint scanner and Android 7.0 Nougat straight-out-of-the-box.

FCC Certification

The FCC mark is a certification mark employed on electronic products manufactured or sold in the United States which certifies that the electromagnetic interference from the device is under limits approved by the Federal Communications Commission. The FCC label is found even on products sold outside the US territory, because they are either products manufactured in the US and had been exported, or they are also sold in the US.
